There are a couple of ways to view manifests within Service Manager.

Manifest (Sites) The key focus is sites, you are shown a site at the top of the screen and underneath the items and events for that site
Manifest (Routes)

The key focus is the route, you are shown a route and underneath the all of the sites, items and events for that route
You are also shown a the total no of sites, items and the weight for the route

Reports

There are several reports that you will need at different stages of the delivery process. All of the reports can be viewed for a specific date range. See the table below for more info.

Report Description
Manifest Daily delivery schedule, separated by route.
Picking List List of all items required for a manifest.
Van Loading List of all items required for a manifest in reverse order; the last item delivered should be loaded onto the van first.
Delivery Summary Totals of all items required for a manifest.
Static Items List of static items on a manifest for recording serviced quantities and consumables used.
Delivery Advice Notes Service note for any Site Delivery Routes which have been marked as requiring one.
Waste Transfers Waste Transfer notes for any sites which have waste producing items scheduled for delivery.
Category Totals Totals of all items required for a manifest and the selected category.
Pre-Bookable List of sites which require pre-booking. For example, a site might require 24 hours notice before accepting a delivery.
Delivery Issues List of delivery issues that have been recorded. You will only be able to select dates which have delivery issues on.
